libcache-mmap-perl software package provides module to provide a shared data cache using memory mapped files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcache-mmap-perl
libcache-mmap-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcache-mmap-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcache-mmap-perl *
You will get with libcache-mmap-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
